It is VERY common to block out any pain we feel from someone else, because it can deflect from any further pain inflicted or even make us appear as we have all of our sh*t together and are better than the person who caused us pain. It's a very primal, survival instinct I would think!!Yet this way of being is not at all "Cool" or "Attractive". It leaves you with compounded pain, lack of human connection, no honesty within, and suppressed anger/misunderstood, etc. We will speak on this today and share some insights on getting OUT of this place--into TRUTH and COURAGE to rebuild a new foundation.
