(NCCAOM) Teddy joined me for a FUN and informative IG Live RunChat, where we discussed the value of utilizing dry needling, acupuncture to treat chronic pain, running, and sports injuries. Teddy & Morningside are well known in the NYC running community for helping runners work through and solve challenging injuries and keeping us out there pursuing our big goals and dreams.
