In this episode, we will discuss a case involving an acute dystonic reaction and its aetiology. Symptom clusters include: Oculogyric - Upward or lateral deviation of eyes Boccolingual - Facial grimacing +/- dysarthria and/or dysphagia Torticollic - Spasms of neck musculature Tortipelvic - Abdominal wall musculature spasms Opisthotous - tetanic spasm where spine and extremities are bent forward Sources: Queensland Ambulance Service .
