Adam & Belinda MacDougall – sports-star & marketing-guru to meal replacement shake empire

I’ve enjoyed chatting to all my guests but when the guests are also old friends it’s always that extra bit lovely. Belinda and Adam MacDougall have an incredible story to tell and have achieved so much success with their meal replacement company The Man Shake and The Lady Shake. They are open and honest about the highs and lows of launching and running your own business including putting their last $1000 dollars in to start it up. They work so well together as they both play to one another’s strengths.
