Adam has a very good understanding of construction and the quality of how and why things are made a certain way, and Jess has a great eye for design, so blending them together is always entertaining and some of the secret sauce to everything. Like when you’re working with a client, when you’re with a friend, or whatever, I’m always so impressed by how it goes beyond the surface and you really want to understand their needs and their wants, and how this piece is going to function within their home and not that it just looks pretty. I think a lot of people can build off a lot of pretty things, but will it last over time?
