Adam Creighton - The importance of having a mentor

Adam has a group of people that he checks in with every week, month, or once or twice a year.  It's a system of accountability and mentorship that he believes in and has built over the years.  He was kind enough to let us in on the system and discusses how having a mentor can really help you personally and professionally.
