The winner of MasterChef Australia’s hugely popular second season, Adam’s triumph on the show still remains the #1 most watched non-sporting event in Australian television history. He was born in Malaysia before moving to Australia at a young age, and has lived and worked around the world including Australia, China, Malaysia, New Zealand, India and most recently a 7-year stint in Tokyo, Japan.Adam currently hosts the primetime food and travel program Destination Flavour on Australia’s SBS network, and is the author of the two cookbooks – Asian After Work and Two Asian Kitchens.
