Send us Fan MailAdam Neff currently serves as Assistant chief of training and operations at the Nixa Fire Protection District in SW Missouri. Adam's fire service career started 28 years ago as a cadet volunteer and still loves going to fires. He has worked his way up the ranks serving in the capacity of a firefighter, driver operator, company officer, and battalion chief. Adam holds a Chief Fire Officer Designation from the Center of Public Safety an Associate’s degree in Fire Service Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Emergency Services Management, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Adam has presented at regional and national conferences on personal development and leadership.
