Now he is at the helm of Lancaster counties premier, drums & music store.In this episode Adam talks about how he didn't want to be like his friends and flip burgers to make money in high school but rather he chose to work for FREE. While working at Drums Etc Adam soaked up everything he could from then owner Rick & fellow employee Shawn. After working his way up the ladder Adam had proven himself enough to the point where Rick made him sole owner of the store.
