Adam Wharton Transfer Drama | Chelsea F.C. News

Adam Wharton’s meteoric rise at Crystal Palace has turned him into a summer transfer target, with Real Madrid now fourth favorites to land the 22-year-old midfielder—odds slashed to 7/1. Since joining Palace in 2024, Wharton has become an England international and won major trophies, including the FA Cup, sparking intense interest. Palace are demanding a hefty £100m, comparable to deals for Tonali and Anderson, but Chelsea leads the race at 2/1 odds, with Liverpool close behind at 7/2. Atletico Madrid lurks further back, while Palace remains the most likely to retain him. With the window heating up, Wharton’s next club could reshape midfield battles across Europe.
