He also attended pharmacy school at the University of Tennessee-Memphis. Teaching a leadership workshop in 2012 inspired him to become a pharmacy manager. He is certified in leadership coaching through the International Coaching Federation, Talent Optimization through Predictive Index, and Emotional Intelligence.
