Adapting To The Evolving Working Environment - Daniel Ramsey

Not only does it save money on office space, it allows employees to achieve a greater work life balance. Some of your employees may have families yet they commute 2 hours in and 2 hours home each day to get to the office, sacrificing time that could’ve been spent elsewhere. Yet if they worked from home this could all be solved. There’s no need to even come to the office in most cases. It’s simply been the norm for such a long time that any change doesn’t seem to make sense. Remote working is a no brainer in my opinion.
