One of his focuses is on the studio’s housing practice with an emphasis on modular, transit-oriented developments, affordable housing, and adaptive re-use projects. His experience includes supportive, student, and market-rate projects that serve seniors, families, artists, and the homeless. A sustainability stalwart, Bohn led the development of the firm’s Downtown Long Beach headquarters to LEED platinum and WELL gold certifications and is currently pursuing Net Zero Energy. In addition, he established an awarding-winning landscape studio and co-established an urban design practice that uplifts underserved communities. Bohn received his Architecture Degree from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, studied at the Ecole de Beaux Arts in Fontainebleau France, and worked at the State Archaeological Camp in Hampi, India sponsored by the British Institute.
