Add a coach to your trauma healing toolbox

from Scary Calm · host Lisa Lacy

I grew up in the NY/NJ area as the oldest of the three children in my household, and experienced years of violent trauma as a child. Over the course of my life, I’ve since successfully overcome other forms of trauma (marital, medical, financial, and emotional) to arrive at this point. My greatest accomplishment is having raised 3 beautiful, kind, confident and successful children into adulthood despite my past hurts. I’ve been blessed with a beautiful daughter-in-love, 2 precious grandsons and 3 adopted mixed breeds dogs. Out of gratitude, I am now committed to helping other women and mothers heal and thrive with intention & confidence! Having lived for 20+ years in San Antonio, Texas, in 2020 (after fighting for my life during the height of the pandemic), I bravely chose to leave Texas and relocate to the DC/MD/VA area, where I now reside in PG County, Maryland. Determined to overcome my own obstacles, I have evolved to live my most authentic and fulfilling life. Out of gratitude, I chose to follow a path to help others EVOLVE as well (and even got a tattoo to prove it). I know for certain that as you do the work to heal from past hurts and trauma, BREAK FREE from autopilot, and LIVE INTENTIONALLY, everyone can EVOLVE to having the UNSHAKEABLE CONFIDENCE to create the life they truly want!
