ADD: How (& Why) You Leave a Show Gracefully

Brian and Charles go way back and together they have done and left a few shows. So we thought it appropriate to talk about why, when, and how you should leave a show gracefully.  As we really get into the topic we find that Ibbott has a trend of separating from Charles which you know makes the trash pandas happy. Tony has had to retire/leave a show, and Phil has definitely done some moving around. All in all, it was a good discussion that even includes advice on seasonal podcasting and how to tie those seasons together.
