Addiction Series E13 - Portage Health Foundation Efforts

from Copper Shores Podcast · host Copper Shores Community Health Foundation

Welcome to the final episode of the Portage Health Foundation Addiction Series. As we finish up we’ll hear from PHF board chair Bernadette Yeoman-Ouellette on her vision for the foundation’s role in tackling the addiction crisis, Mark Maggio from Phoenix House and Rebecca Crane from Dial Help on projects they’ve completed to do their part, and finally, we’ll hear from Kevin Store on how the resources within our community are amazing, but the best thing we as a community can do is tie them together for a brighter future.   Thanks to all those who came forward in this series to make it a reality, including videographer Mark Riutta of Defined Visuals, Chelsea Goodreau and Michael H. Babcock for helping behind the scenes in production, the staff and volunteers at each of the non-profits who try to solve our community’s addiction crisis, and of course all of you who took the time to go through this journey with us. We look forward to a brighter future where addiction causes less damage and lives are saved.  More About PHF’s Addiction Series  Visit phfgive.org/addiction to see a list of all episodes, find resources on addiction in our community and to subscribe to receive an email when the next episode drops.
