Sam started his real estate journey in 2009 and has been directly involved in the acquisition, reposition, disposition, and asset management of over $150,000,000 in AUM. His portfolio currently has 924 units in Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida. Sam and his partners have roughly another 250 units in the pipeline to be developed. Sam spent over a decade in Corporate America working in various consulting, finance, and accounting positions. He quickly realized a W-2 job was not going to satisfy his desire to help people improve their lives.
