ADHD Winter Warriors ASSEMBLE! This is an impromptu Zoom chinwag with some online community legends who are taking part in the ADHDAF+ Charity fundraiser to combat SAD with movement for mental health. With all of us suffering SAD in these dark winter months in the UK, we decided to raise some awareness about Seasonal Affective Disorder and hopefully entice some of you to JOIN OUR TEAM for the last few weeks of the challenge.
