ADHD, Failure and How to Heal with Dr. Fiona Peters - Part 2 | Ep 37
from How Not to Run a Business
Dr Fiona Peters is a UK based leading expert in Neurodiversity in the workplace and in her personal life, as well as an authority on the impact of the mixed-race classification in organisations and families. She has ADHD and she was diagnosed in her early 50s. We sat down to talk about ADHD, failure and how to heal post-diagnosis. Fiona has a mission to help support people in business with ADHD. Using her extensive experience and her personal experience of having ADHD we had a fascinating conversion about her journey to diagnosis and what impact that has had on her personal and professional life. We touch on the experience of being diagnosed in an adulthood as children of the 70s and 80s and growing up in a world where little was understood about ADHD and neurodiversity. It was a very deep, raw and honest conversation that I know will support those with ADHD or thinking they may have it.This is part 2 of a two part episode.
