Tracy refused to accept this limiting perspective—she and her husband fired the psychologist, and Tracy set out to truly understand what ADHD looks like, especially when so many professionals seemed misinformed. Just eight months later, Tracy herself received an ADHD diagnosis, a revelation that became a turning point in her life.Tracy is now dedicated to transforming the conversation around women and ADHD. Her later-in-life diagnosis opened new possibilities, freeing her from arbitrary limitations and fueling her determination to help others do the same. Rather than letting ADHD define or diminish her, she saw the danger in shrinking one’s dreams based on outdated beliefs.Driven by her own story and her desire to challenge reduced expectations for women, Tracy launched a popular podcast, founded a supportive free Facebook community, and authored a book. Her work is all about empowering women with ADHD to recognize their strengths, embrace their unique brains, and refuse to let anyone—expert or otherwise—impose limits on their ambitions. Tracy’s mission is to show that discovering your true self is the first step to living fully and unapologetically, not just “coping” with a diagnosis but thriving because of it.Find Tracy:https://tracyotsuka.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tracyotsuka/ Support the showFind Linda and her offerings: Link to Linda's powerful journal for daily intentions and gratitude:https://a.co/d/0bJaBcC0https://a.co/d/051j2nHehttps://lindabrandcoach.com/Linktreehttps://linktr.ee/lindabrandcoachInstagram:https://www.instagram.com/lindabrandcoach/https://www.instagram.com/worthyandabundant/https://www.instagram.com/lindabrandhomesEmail: [email protected] Thank you for listening!
