from Overcoming Distractions-Thriving with ADHD, ADD

Dave goes through a few questions to ask yourself to see if you may be burning out. Those include continuous exhaustion, your passion or excitement for your job or career, and whether that may be drifting off, physical symptoms that medical professionals can't give you an answer for as well as a loss of focus over and above what you already experience with your ADHD.
