Welcome to ADHD Money Talk, the show gives dynamic but distracted ADHD brains the tools and strategies to take control of their money once and for all, and have fun doing it.

If you save tons of money every month, and have a spreadsheet for everything, and have no worries about money, then show is not for you.

But if you have ADHD, whether diagnosed or you just think you do, and you think you should be a lot better with your money, but for whatever reason, you are just stuck in the mud, then this show most definitely IS for you!

My name is Dave DeWitt and I was diagnosed with inattentive ADHD in 2006 at the ripe age of 16. As a financial planner by trade, but who also has had tremendous struggles with my own money, and finding it excruciatingly difficult to practice what I preach, I've been on a mission to figure out a system that works for me, and I have.

I've since been owning my own finances and I'm going to share everything I'm doing with you. We're gonna tackle everything from budgeting, investing, paying off debt, and plenty of money hacks along the way. I'll interview experts on ADHD and others with ADHD and what they are doing to get their money right. We're also gonna do some fun segments, like the most ADHD thing I did this week, trivia, I'm pumped to have you on this journey.

I have one ask for you, go to ADHDMONEYTALK.com and subscribe to the newsletter. You'll get my soon-to-be-released ADHD money eBook and get a weekly, short email with tips, stories, and be eligible for free giveaways that I am planning. Let's take control of our money once and for all.

I have ADHD. My 5 children have ADHD.I live daily with the intense pressure of being expected to excel, and constantly expecting to fail; the crippling shame, and intense guilt and anxiety; feeling frazzled, and being clueless how to explain why my ADHD brain won’t focus to those who need to know is totally draining.
