BIG NEWS! Celebrating the very first ADHDAF+ Charity in-person Peer Support Group, happening on Wednesday 5th March 2025 - back where it all began - in Aberdeen, Scotland(!) AND introducing the Board of Trustees, and first Volunteer Peer Support Group Facilitator.  Edinburgh, Cardiff and London groups will start in April 2025, with MANY MORE beginning in May and beyond... ADHDAF+ Charity aims to connect and empower ADHD adults of marginalised genders in Scotland, England and Wales.
