Use 'a bit...' to moderate a negative adjective. "She's a bit unfriendly." 'Quite' before an adjective can mean 'very' or 'a little', depending on the stress adn intonation. "Reza's QUITE friendly." - He's very friendly. "Reza's QUITE friendly."
