She's spent her career in higher education, with the last six years serving a variety of roles at Northern Pennsylvania Regional College (NPRC), including assistant to the president and the marketing and public relations coordinator. Most recently, recruitment has been integrated under the marketing umbrella at NPRC. Abbi has a passion for data and informed decision-making, as well as intentional communications. When she's not immersed in marketing strategy, she enjoys her time coaching high school soccer and supporting her local chamber of commerce with events for businesswomen. Kelsey is the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Engagement at Northern Pennsylvania Regional College. She joined NPRC almost two years ago after spending the earlier years of her career as the Marketing Director for a senior care facility. In her current position, Kelsey plays a key role in utilizing Element451 to improve recruitment strategies and build meaningful connections between the Student Recruitment team and prospective students.
