There are many useful tools to help you move from level to level while staying the course. Altering your neural pathways and ultimately your mindsets from a lifetime of harmful thinking requires cognitive restructuring. The practice of cognitive restructuring can accelerate the process as you learn how to alter your perceptions. It is also a powerful foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a practice often used by counselors to reverse negative tendencies in their patients. Below is a helpful four-step guide to cognitive restructuring.
