Let’s keep it chill this week (bad joke I know). Take a cold shower, jump in a river or lake, or go do cryotherapy. To begin, I would recommend a normal shower temperature then turning the water to ice cold at the end for 30 seconds.   There are a few ways you can report back once you complete the challenge.
