You may recognise him from his infamous croquembouche from the first season of Masterchef Australia or from his other amazing desserts and creations like the Zumabrons. Adriano Zumbo is one of Australia’s most celebrated pâtissiers. Having made 16 appearances on Masterchef as a guest judge, he’s helped introduce Australia and a wider audience to his quirky creations. He’s the founder of Zumbo Pâtisserie, released three best selling cookbooks and also hosted his own show on Channel 7 called Zumbo’s Just Desserts further cementing his well earned title of ‘The Sweet Assassin’.
