Say HiPaul achieved two main things in the book of Philippians: appreciation andinstruction. Since my Pastor has given me this awesome privilege to bring theWord today, it will not be out of order for me to say a word of appreciationto God and to the church. I will not be too detailed this morning because of time,but God really helped me in the last three years of doctoral study.Paul’s closing appeal for steadfastness and unity brings much to reflect on.In Philippians 4, we are more conversant with verses 4, 13, 19.
