Board of Directors on the history and significance of The National Council of Negro Women as it relates to African Americans. Dr. Shaw is the past President and Chair of the National Council of Negro Women in Baltimore, MD. She is also the past International President of the Women’s Home and oversees the Missionary Society of the AME Zion Church.
