Advent 2018 // Isaiah 7:1-17

Isaiah 7:14 famously says: “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.” What is lesser known is these words are given as a sign to an anxiety stricken and unbelieving king in a time of crisis. In this message, Pastor Rick Anderson develops this context in order to show how there can be no neutrality to this promise. If you are trusting in Christ there is no evil that can ultimately prevail against you. But if you are not trusting in Christ then there is good reason for anxiety.
