Advent Day 21: SONAS - Calm
from The Life Support Machine Podcast Hosted by LSM Team
SONAS: https://sonas-music.bandcamp.com/ John Ricketts is a producer who some of you will know for his work under his infamous Wax Hands guise, but over the last few years, he has focused all of his attention on his SONAS alias. Using elements of ambient and classical with techno and progressive house, he creates breathtaking beatless soundscapes alongside pulsating and driving dancefloor grooves and it's the latter of those two different styles where we head on Advent Day 21. Calm is a heady and intoxicating number that packs a punchy 4/4 beat, subtle strings and an uplifting nature that breeds positivity. Catch this one at a party and you'll soon feel another rush coming on! Downloading SONAS' track from the player above will land you an MP3 copy, while if you head over to his Bandcamp page on the link below, you can get it in all of the higher-quality formats and check out all of the other amazing music he has released under his SONAS alias.
