Kwerk: https://soundcloud.com/djkwerk The treats keep on coming as we approach the big day and the story behind Advent Day 24's exclusive from UK breaks producer Kwerk goes like this: "In the latter half of 2020, the man like Prato released a belter of a breakbeat tune called "On Jupiter" on the mighty Diesel Recordings. The chunky beats, funky cuts, brass and horn sections instantly sucked Kwerk in and he was hooked. The tune then featured in many-a-Kwerk DJ set. Then, in early 2021, Diesel Recordings held a remix competition offering out the parts of “On Jupiter” to budding producers to mess with. Kwerk snagged the remix parts with one thing in mind; creating his own super-secret DJ set weapon whilst paying homage to the sterling original version. The resulting Kwerk ReWerk went on to do some serious damage in the Kwerkshop Radio Show and live gigs around the globe with only a select few DJs having access to the remix.
