__ In Season 2 of the Oak Grove UMC Podcast we are exploring "What Makes Christmas, Christmas?" looking at the themes of Advent and Christmas: anticipating the incarnation of God – God being born in human form in Jesus. We have a great lineup of guests for this season and we’ll be looking at themes of generosity, mutuality in mission and service, and how music, and family make Christmas, Christmas. As usual, episodes will release on Tuesdays and we’re also going to be trying something new with what we’re calling “Digital Contemplative Practices” which come out on the Podcast feed every Thursday. These visual and audio meditations will invite you to take a few minutes, breathe, and enjoy a quiet, meditative practice with supporting visuals from around our neighborhoods – some weeks it might be walking along a wooded stream with Nature Sounds and other weeks it might be a guided meditation on the theme of the week.
