** Adverts Urghh - Please Listen **

ey my friend.    So you may begin to notice that on the free podcast episodes, there's probably be an advert around 30 to 60 seconds before we get into the episode. Now, the reason why this is super, super important is because at the moment, I don't want to have to charge you for obviously the free episodes, because I really want to help as many people in the world as possible.   And the best compromise of how to do this is to not charge anyone and still keep it free by just having a beginning and maybe an end ad at the end of each episode. And that just helps with the running of the free podcast. At the moment I am about to be releasing three episodes every single week.   I spend around 4 plus hours per week to the prep, record, and publish and also beyond time expense, I pay to host all this episodes for free.    I love it, but it is a time and money expense.   So rather charge you, a simple ad is the best way where I think everyone wins. That means you don't get charged. That means I can be able to add more to the podcast and to offset the the expenses that are incurred for doing this for free.   Hopefully you understand that and I'm going to make sure it no ads will appear in the hypnosis session (I'm speaking with the platform about this)   So I do apologize if you think that's wrong, but know it is to make sure I can keep doing free episodes, rather charge for them or simply not doing as many episodes due to the time and expense.    You'll will notice most podcasts in the world are actually doing this, to make sure it is a continued growth in being able to carry on doing their podcasts.   Thank you ever so much for understanding that fully and I'll speak to you on a future episode.    Joseph
