조비오 신부가 고소를 했으니까 조비오 신부 그러니까 기소를 한 검사가 조비오 신부의 주장인 헬기 사격을 증명해야 하고, 그 증명에 대한 범죄행위를 처벌해야 하는데, 판사가 다른 사건을 끌어다 조비오 신부가 주장도 하지 않은 사건으로 전두환을 처벌하는 판결을 한 겁니다. 물론 전두환 전대통령 측근들이 사건을 그렇게 몰고 갔기도 했지만 그렇다고 판결을 그렇게 내린 판사가 절묘한 판결을 내린거네요.
