AEW, NXT: CM Punk, MJF rock the mic; WarGames goes old school vs. new school

AEW continued to build two big storylines featuring a couple of its newest acquisitions in CM Punk and Bryan Danielson, while NXT set its course for WarGames with both brands having big shows coming up in a matter of weeks. Host Adam Silverstein begins with AEW [2:30] where the highlight of the week was a promo battle between Punk and MJF to open Dynamite. Other topics include Danielson's continued heel turn juxtaposed to "Hangman" Adam Page, a car crash eight-man main event, Darby Allin vs. Billy Gunn and a lack of time for Britt Baker. Next, "The Silver King" moves to NXT [19:20] where the men's WarGames match was set with an intriguing old school vs. new school battle.
