Affirming the Will of the Voters and Improving Ohio's Marijuana Law

The Ohio Senate affirmed the will of the voters this week by improving Ohio's marijuana law that was passed in November of 2023. The Senate updated protections focused on public safety and protecting children. The media and the left calls that "overriding the will of the voters."
