Hogan talks with AFFTA (American Fly Fishing Trade Association) Executive Director Capt. Lucas Bissett about the state of the fly fishing industry, what AFFTA the sole trade organization for fly fishing does for the industry, its members, and the work the Fisheries Fund does on a national, and local level. Lucas came up as a fly fishing guide in SE Lousianna for the last decade and has seen his home waters turn into an international destination. He won the Orvis Saltwater Guide of the Year and has operated his own non-profit to help restore the marshes and wetlands of southern Louisiana.
