We gaan in gesprek met Sara. Sara genas in 2000 van de tweede keer kinderkanker. Daarna dompelde ze zich weer onder in het leven. In de podcast praten we over haar littekens, die haar verhaal vertellen, en dat ze deze nog steeds liever verbergt. Toen ze 5,5 jaar geleden haar huidige man ontmoette, wilde ze dat hij haar hele verhaal kende. Hij omarmde Sara, haar ziektegeschiedenis en haar littekens. Binnenkort gaan ze trouwen. Samen kregen ze een dochter. Sindsdien ervaart ze nog meer hoe kwetsbaar en hoe mooi het leven kan zijn.
