Africa needs our help

Professor Charles Kennel, Founder of the Environment and Sustainability Initiative, University of California, San Diego Professor Charles Kennel thinks climate change is not wholly responsible for the problems Africa is facing and that population control and demography matter too. But he says the world cannot afford to see Africa experience these wide variations in climate and that what affects people there has consequences here too.
