African American
from Crazy Little Thing Called Lovdev · host Lovdev Barpaga
Send us Fan Mail We kick things off with a discussion around the term “African American” and why it seems to be used for every black person in American TV — even when that doesn’t always make sense. Then things get morally messy as we react to a firefighter confessing he pocketed £2,000 from a drug dealer while saving his life. We also tackle a proper British problem — public pianos are a lovely idea… until someone’s child starts treating it like a drum kit for fifteen straight minutes. Plus I chat about a recent gig with one of the most mixed audiences I’ve had in a while, give an update on the fundraiser for Griff, and in Weird News… someone has landed in trouble after taking googly eyes a little too far.
