In the recent past Atul Gupta’s High Court application opposing the freezing of R10 million from his personal account has been granted by Judge Fouche Jordaan. Further the Bank of Baroda and seven Gupta-linked entities have also emerged victorious, with the preservation order against them also being set aside. So today on the show we ask! Why is the National Prosecuting Authority unable to pin down the Guptas?
