Trade has been an essential part of the African markets. But materialisation and globalisation including opening local markets to the international markets is becoming a problem for most African countries. And there is the African Growth and Opportunity Act which was signed into law in the year 2000. The act offers tangible incentives of African countries to continue their efforts to open their economies and build free markets.
