African Investment summit deplores urgency of development in Africa

Rwandan President Paul Kagame and his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni have decried lack of urgency when it comes to implementing large scale development projects in Africa. Both leaders believe although Africa is progressively emerging economically it is high time penalties are given for those fail to meet set deadline.
