By connecting local entrepreneurial initiatives with social development programs, she fosters self-awareness and self-leadership among youth, addressing the psycho-spiritual effects of colonisation and internalised oppression. Her systemic approach to leadership integrates concepts of wholeness, Indigenous worldview, and transformative leadership to promote regenerative education and broader positive social change.
