After Baptism, Then What?

Jesus said, “Unless one is born of water and the spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of God,” John 3:5.What about when a person obeys the gospel and becomes a Christian? After baptism then what?Have we prepared ourselves to tell somebody now that you've accepted that, now that you have obeyed the gospel and become a Christian, here's what's necessary after baptism? A new babe in Christ shouldn't be left just to fend for themselves. We've got to help them understand after baptism, now what's expected?
