They’ve also taken part in three democratic elections. Hugh Sykes has reported on Iraq throughout this time and he's just been back to talk to Iraqis about how their lives have changed.

In May of 2014, he formally graduated from the Qalam Seminary’s o Abu Bakr Zoud Muslim Central Abu Bakr Zoud is a prominent Islamic scholar and da’ee (caller to Islam) known for his engaging and informative lectures on various aspects of Islamic faith and practice. He has gained a significant following for his ability to relate Islamic teachings to contemporary issues, making them accessible and relevant to a broad audience.Abu Bakr Zoud’s educational background includes studying under well-known scholars and gaining a deep understanding of the Quran, Hadith, and Islamic jurisprudence.
