Several years after attending Emerson College in Boston, he began writing books. His first, Out At Home, with former Dodgers and A’s outfielder Glenn Burke, who invented the ‘high five’ and died tragically of AIDS, is currently being made into a movie by actress/producer Jamie Lee Curtis through Amazon Studios.
