AfterMASH - The Aftermath of M*A*S*H

AfterMASH WAS a show. It was a spinoff of M*A*S*H...obviously! The show follows three characters from the original series after they return home from the Korean War. Colonel Sherman T. Potter, Maxwell Klinger and Father John Mulcahy reunite to work together at General Pershing Veteran's Hospital a.k.a. "General General,” located in the fictional town of River Bend, Missouri. Much like the legendary M*A*S*H, AfterMASH attempts to balance comedy with tragedy, and we take a serious look at how it fares in comparison to its predecessor. Trigger Warning: AfterMASH explores serious subject matter including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and poor treatment of veterans. We talk about these themes in our episode.
